This is what I have been doing, and unless the tank/dps was doing something wrong, it worked darn near everytime for me.
For the 1st pull of the dungeon, Recitation Exocog once Recitation becomes available, and Pre-Pull Adlo. After tank grabs first mob, I usually Bio a mob to ensure get into combat then promptly aetherflow. Be ready to Lustrate/Swiftcast Adlo on the tank while they are pulling, and also drop Sacred Soil when they stop. Then I queue Whispering Dawn, and begin casting a new adlo if the shield from the earlier one is gone. From this point its a matter of then balancing keeping tank HP up where you are comfortable and DPS time. For future pulls, I don't Recitation Exocog, but instead use it on a swiftcast Adlo during the pull.
Try and queue fairy abilities before you cast a spell. Pay attention to how many Aethercharges you have near the end of fights and pop dissipation if needed to refresh them prior to exiting combat.
I'm not quite to the point where I'll just Art of War spam a dungeon like LegoTechnic suggests, but I could probably do it if I had a static group I could trust to perform consistently. I do get in a lot of broils, ruins, and bio's over the course of the dungeon if a wet paper bag wouldn't put the tank to shame, and I have seen a few where that is the case.
