The other issue with this is the lack of control. We use our dps combo.... to dps. Forcing it to be a mitigation provider makes it awkward since we don't actually have control over WHEN we want to use that mitigation buff. It just will happen after the combo and we can't hold that for very long. HP steals work for this because either way you're always going to need health and can regen it easily on the attack like soul eater that doesn't have a cooldown. But putting that on a combo that has proc's and a 30 second cooldown? Eh... not reliable or smart.
