Something more beastly than miqos, like viera would be more interesting. SE took what made mithra interesting: hairy, dirty, jungle cat girls who had very much feline faces, and they made them into almost anime-like humans with big eyes, cat ears, and a tail. They even took away the mithra rolling RRRs :(

I voted for a demi-human sort of race, which I hope is a count for something aquatic, although really I'm sure anything they put out will be fine. I guess a lizard race a la Bangaa would be cool, but I think a Draconian race sounds more likely.

What I really wanted though was just the option to add more features, body builds, etc. for existing clans, but the poll had the answer worded as just "more clans", which I don't really think we need more of.

I'd like them to keep FF worlds relatively contained though, so outside of gameplay concepts and series staples, I'd rather not see something like a Guado or a literal Viera in FFXIV. A little originality or creativity IS nice from time to time.

Oh good, another race where this would be considered "heavy armor."
