Shame, shame, shame. Account created during the first patch of ARR. You should by now this development house is underfunded and understaffed.

They see things we don't see and they have solutions created with the budget they're afforded and the knowledge of the staff they have on hand. If you have any better ideas, feel free to throw a resume their way and let them know that you know more than whoever they have hired there. Just include all your MMO experience like you did in your post, that should convince them.

I think players who can't log into the game who are actively paying for a subscription should be reason enough to increase the servers. Not only that, but we currently have more congested worlds then not.

I think SE needs to give a free 30 days actually in my opinion my cousin's nephew bought game with 30 day free hasn't been able to play because of congestion or create a character in same place so he got locked out.

People paid for expansions to get in early can't even get in the game they have work and stuck in a 1000+ queque also the fact is I went to the store to get into the game for 2 hours came back at 1000 queque and it was at 5.

I waited 2 hours to get into the game that is terrible especially when you are paying day by day and it doesn't equal what you are paying for a monthly subscription so if I miss out on 2-3 days cause of que que I am not getting what I paid for.

Cousins wife she gives up because she works and by the time the queque ends she has to go to bed for work now that is jacked up.

The loss of 2 to 3 days (which is suspect since honestly this has been one of the smoothest launches) does not equal 30 days of game time.

Shame, shame, shame. Account created before first patch and you don't know their current status of staff & budget?

Shadowbringers is their highest funded expansion. Their development team is now sitting close to 300 members. This is ON PAR with WoW team and HIGHER than other MMO's.

But go on, continue living in a bubble and pretend they can't fix any problems because they are living in a misery. Smh...

How can you even compare FFXIV to GW2. GW2 is a good game, but their playerbase numbers are tiny compared to FFXIV. WoW also built out their infrastructure when they had literally millions of subscribers (12m at peak) vs 1 million for FFXIV. Cut Square Enix some slack. I play on Aether and this is one of the smoothest MMO expansion launches i've been through.

haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes since pre-launch. Guess staying on Mal after the move was the right choice.

You are so right! In fact I called Squares America CEO, and told him to sign a new contract to lease more servers, he said why? I told him "Ferocious" is basically JPMORGAN of the MMO world and dropping cool 500k lease contract for new servers would be EZ FUCKING PZ money.

He said no crud, why didn't he ever think about that. In fact HR has just freed up 1+ million for new hires to maintain all this new equipment . HR said it would be the best 10 year 1 million dollar investment ever and asked who inspired such great business planning?
