Mogstation issue

Same here! Purchased a Fantasia and the Carpet mount yesterday - got the Fantasia (as well as my black Amazon choco I remembered to enter the code for) almost immediately, but still waiting on the Carpet...

Well I was hoping to get some help in game and after putting in a ticket about 5 hours ago got the usual in game response of making sure that my mail box is empty and that I use the refresh item to have the item appear and if it has not then provide the following information and we will get back to you. So I'll update if I hear anything.

Unfortunately, it's a Friday so odds are this issue will not be looked into until Monday at the earliest...

Yeah, and they'll do nothing. Probably won't even apologize. Such wonderful customer service they have.

I bought the SDS Fenrir over 26 hours ago, I haven't received it yet either...

Just had another reply to my ticket. I was told this time that I log out for a short period of time and this might make it work. Hate to break it to them but I've been online and offline this whole time and yet nothing has changed. I'll update if something does change but they did also tell me that if I still don't have it after 72 hours pass to reply to the message and they can look into it more. Also I logged out, took a break, then logged in and nothing changed yet. So it might be the full 72 hours!

I purchased the magic carpet mount last night and have yet to receive it as well. They were quick to take the money from me but sure are taking their time giving me what I paid for. This is really frustrating.

I finally got my SDS Fenrir mount just now, after 29 hours, lol.

I received my SDS Fenrir mount as well after more than 24 hours.
