"We are currently experiencing high congestion issues in duty Worlds due to the instances not being reset after a party concludes the instances within the duty content Worlds. Instead of the duty content being available for the next party, it would still appear as reserved for the prior party with 0 characters remaining in content and results in the next queues being delayed."
