He is stating (in a very roundabout way) that the PS4 has an extra point of failure that the PC version does not (Steam is not included).
Sometimes you need to read between the lines, because what he's saying isn't false.

I know alot of people on PC that have issues and get dced while i am completely fine on my PS4 Pro

Connection really has nothing to do what platform your using just keep in mind that ps4 is nothing more than a pc in a box and the whole pc master race thing doesn't work as the game is built with the ps4 specs in mind. Although to the OP have you tried turning your router off for a few mins and back on again as even pc users know sometimes the best fix is the simple one.
I had no issues logging in The recent update just released on PS4 and PCs and PS4 are no where near the same. Consoles are called consoles for a reason. PC have a huge difference range in quality, however, all PS4 Pros are the same. I do agree that connection issues normally is the router, at least in my experience on PC's
If you were already logged in (on PS4 not PC) before the issues started then you would not be effected. It's not really an internet connection issue though but more the medium (in this case PSN) couldn't be reached, preventing logins and whatnot. Essentially it's like if Steam went down and you couldn't access certain games, pretty much a similar thing with PSN. Most PSN outtages don't last very long though so this recent one was unusually long, perhaps someone was sad Sony wasn't at E3 and DDOS'd them...
