if you pre order for ps4 on psn do you get a code fore early access or is automatic?

Everything is applied to your PSN account, though I think you have to start up the launcher after you preorder to take care of the details.

bcause something happen need to cancel, but now im already pay it infront (debit now)
is my account safe?

This is correct after you pre-order on PSN it'll be on your account but as Vahlnir said you have to log into your account from the launcher to apply it to the account proper.

After not having my order processed on the 6th like they said they would, I went into my order on the SE Store and MANUALLY clicked 'Debit Now' and they processed it right away.
What I think sucks is they never tell you WHAT card you actually used when you originally ordered anything... would be nice if they would at least display the last four of the card number used; even in their receipt they do not tell you, which makes it hard when you have multiple credit cards.

I only got one charge on my acct even though I got 2 pre orders (one for myself and one for my husband). We both put in our codes fine as well.

No e-mails, and nothing that says Debit now or whatever.

Hi, I currently have the preorder earrings for ShB. It says I get a bit more experience points until level 70. Is the bonus exp only if I reach level 70 before launch or will I still get bonus exp after launch? Thanks

They will still work after launch - please note that the bonuse exp are only applied to killing mobs of roughly your level. They wont work in PotD/HoH. But besides that... the exp-bonus will still apply in 5.0 and onwards.

So I had this issue happen to me before when I preordered Stormblood and I had originally thought "well I guess it'll get cancelled if it won't take the card". I started freaking out about it and preordered it from Amazon only to get a similar issue, but that was fixed pretty quickly (that's called "customer service" Squeenix). Several days later, I got the email from the Square Enix store saying that the payment went through and I wound up with two activation codes for Stormblood: one I used for myself and one I gave to a friend for someone in her FC.

I'm going through the same issue again with Shadowbringers. This time though, I'm just going to wait it out until the 17th. If my order gets auto-cancelled, I'll just preorder it from Amazon instead or from some other company with customer service that doesn't require me to reset my password every single time I log in to shop.
