Hrm... nah, I don't see the point to Shuriken even if Raiton causes clipping.
There is no more Dripping Blades nor Slashing debuff. In a world where it was passively buffed in a 30% and was still weaker than a normal Raiton, I see no reason to Shuriken over Raiton other than having to hit something outside Raiton's range.

In fact a lot of skills got a potency boost to make up for the loss of at least dripping blades trait. Like, at glance it looks like your main combos (Aeolian, Shadowfang, and Armor Crush) all had a boost in potency to make up for the loss in traits. Bhavacakra had a potency drop by 100 down to 500, but that is likely because of the non existent recast for it for Shadowbringers. Well Fuma was competing with Raiton as the single target filler skill, not Bhava. Raiton also got buffed by 40 potency, but didn't lose Dripping Blades or the slashing debuff (they didn't apply to magic ninjutsu.) Currently Fuma is doing 316.8 potency (after slashing debuff and dripping blades) compared to 360 from Raiton. 33 potency for one more mudra is... meh. In Shadowbringers it's going to be 140 more potency for one more mudra, which is absolutely worth it.

Granted, potencies can change pretty easily but unless Fuma sees a significant buff it's likely that you'll only see it during TCJ, even if one's internet connection isn't the best.

Yeah, fair I see your point. I'm not entirely sure on my thought process when I posted what I did. I kept glancing back and forth on the sheet while posting and I guess scattered my thought process.

Woah thats far...
You could easily reach your enemy by the time you finish casting Suiton, let alone Meisui, so its kinda awkward to wait it out so much...
Yes, using both Meisui and Mug together may lead to insta overcapping if not done right, but holding off this much may be just as bad...

Well, to be fair, Hyosho is a bunch of Ice Shurikens. So in a sense, Hyoton and Shuriken had enough of Raiton's BS, teamed up and now are the Strongest?


Edit: Sooooo turns out that the Cloned attack from Bunshin is around a 45% your attack power. And the chances of Critical or DH are independent of yours.
Well, figures that having 2 double damage windows was a bit much, still happy from what it brings to the table. Honestly Im really happy with those 15 seconds duration.

SF as expected doesn't apply the DoT twice with Bunshin, but the cloned attack does in fact triggers the DoT a 2nd time on target.
Which brings about the question:
A) is the applied DoT boosted to a 145%?
B) Is the applied DoT nerfed to a 45%?
C) Is the applied DoT at just a 100%?
If A, then SF away in a Bunshin Window...
But if B or C, its questionable at best as the 100% WILL be stronger than a 3rd AE in Bunshin by a small margin that only matters if and only if you get all 6 tics in.
and B... well... its just plain weak and a waste to use SF in Bunshin if that's the case.

Omg Im tired... it applies double DoT, SF away...
