Looking at what some of the JSE gear is, ARC will be better damage than BRD still most likely (if you want to try to do straight DPS).
Its the only one that has 2 "role" choices. Well 3 I guess; Straight DPS, Lower DPS + Buff, or Straight Support.
Raging Strike making all of your hits +Emnity might hurt its DPS though if it makes them consistently threat capped meaning it might just be better to go on WAR/DRG/MNK/BLM xD
Rest of them its pretty clear cut to just be the job.
