was switching around items releasing/re-hiring retainers due to a bug where i couldn't summon them in the wards without my game freezing and just happened to have all of my ifrit/moogle weapons, valuable shit and of course melded armor (cause we're gonna lose that if it's not on retainer, ofc) on that particular retainer.

let's hope they do rollbacks [trying to be :cool: face]

They dont do rollbacks to my knowledge. I think they offer some sort of care package.

And this is why i say that the only npc that you should be able to use to dismiss your npc is the npc you hire them from.

How often do people not pay attention and accidentally do something they didn't mean to, per my example? It happens more often than you think.

He wanted to delete his retainer... its just that they have extremely similar names so he deleted the wrong one.

There's a checkbox you have to manually select and a bunch of confirmations for deleting a retainer so it's not something you can mash through on accident.
