That's pretty crazy/messed, especially with no contact as of yet. Have you tried using NA support via link below?

Also, could try phone call too. I know if I'm pushing 3 hours of no communication I'd be a bit annoyed and working to figure out what's the deal.

Unfortunately the support at that link wouldn't get back to me until Monday business hours. If I'm still in GM prison by then i'll be very, very upset.

Geez, I wonder what’s going on...

From everything I’ve ever heard about the GM Gaol, usually a GM is already in there waiting for you when they pull you in. And I’ve never heard of one leaving someone in the gaol for hours on end without even showing up—I don’t even think you’re left in there after they finish talking to you: you’re released or they log you out if you’re temporarily suspended.

Can you show a screenshot?

Maybe all the GMS are stuck in the world visit queue and can't get to the goal???

I'm sorry, lmao. Humour is bad. Honestly right now might be a good idea to go on an alternative character if you have one? Maybe mess around on an alt? Usually, the GM will contact your alt or pull the alt into the goal if there's something serious going wrong. Or is this not possible?

I do remember when I had an issue on my main, the GM appeared to me on my alt.
