Dropped from the Ant Chest in Cutter's Cry.
Also several Vampire Plant Cuttings dropped from chests. -

I get several just from leves, easy enough. Halatali ones, i can't speak for other spots. They pop up as leve rewards and i can find them in the leve chests, too.
