3 Day Cooldown Of Transfer During NA Free Transfer Event Needs to be waived?

I will concede for people in your situation it'd be nice and I can see no obvious reason not to let you. Just with all the rest of the things they're dealing with i wouldn't get your hopes up.

This is something that should have been requested before it was actually put in place. If it's implemented now for only the NA people, then the people that already had their shuffle a few weeks ago, like myself, would be missing out on something. I don't need the limit thing removed myself, but it'd still ruffle the feathers of others on the EU data centers if they never got the option.
