Could be a figting arena , So hard to say. THE FANFARE WAS AWESOME. Did you guys hear the doo wop style music and a ringing sound like an alarm or phone?

Second player doesn't have these effects. Using google translate, there' something like "this is for people with less than 33 years".

Probably SE trolling us.

Err no... He means that exact sound sample is from FF4, which is correct. The fanfare itself is in mostly every FF game, not particularly 7 or 4.
