PS4 NP-36116-7 error

Funny how the game is broken for PS4 players at the exact same time that they are sending out the pre-order items to players who pre-ordered Shadowbringers

I was online a little more than an hour ago........ logged off to eat dinner and tried logging back in..... and this happens T^T

A user on reddit said that he solved restoring licenses. I tried again but restoring licenses just give me another error: CE-42739-5. I google that code and I found a lot of fresh post on PlayStation forum about user with the same problem, so yeah I think they have to fix the PSN.

i have the same issue. Upon starting the game, the menu music starts playing but the screen is black then the error popped. I hope they will fix this issue soon.

Same issue this is such a sad day, se please fix this!

I also got this error but I thought it was just me and stupidly deleted the game to reinstall and I got back the same error when I tried to redownload so don’t delete it if you haven’t already.

A lot of people can’t download games on PS4, I really think it’s a problem of PSN and not of SE.
