The problem here isn't the entitlement but rather that getting in the arsenal as premade groups is harder than it should be (even getting 3 to 4 groups as premade in the same Hydatos instance can be difficult).

Furthermore, if no premade is in the instance, then nobody enter the arsenal. As the possibility of getting enough people in the arsenal depends on the amount of level 60 players in the area.

There clearly is a design flaw here.

Here's the problem:

It's Public dungeon. Therefore trying to "claim" the dungeon solely for your "Prog Team" is complete and utter nonsense.

And that's the issue with putting something of this difficulty into the public domain where anyone has access to it. You're going to get skilled players on all ends of the spectrum from people who can barely do 500 dps to people who can do enough to clear the dungeon before enrage.

If you're going to have that difficult of content in Eureka, fine. Have it. But there needs to be some sort of stringent entrance requirement. Or the content needs to be clearable from the average pug.

would you trust 16 to 24 random people who you have no clue how experienced they are or prepared they are in an extreme primal setting where you cannot raise any member of your team without risking a 70% proc

As already stated, this may be a public dungeon, but people don't go there without a premade (because you cannot be sure that in your Eureka instance enough people are able to enter the arsenal and are willing to jump in). If people would simply go in without premades each time portals are up then sure it would be fun and the design would have been working, but that's simply not the case. When no premades are in the area, nobody enter the portals.

Stating that people would just enter the arsenal on the fly would just be like expecting people to go in savage raid contents but only by going through a lobby first where they would randomly find themselves with lower level characters, without any control. In this design it simply wouldn't be possible to enter the savage raids because you cannot be sure every player in the lobby will even be able to attempt the content in the first place (hence you cannot be sure enough players will even find themselves in the area in the first place to challenge the content).

It can work, but only if the area was elemental level 60 only. Here, an area dedicated to elemental level 60 players that should come as a buffer between Hydatos and the arsenal is missing.

I think the recruitment methods could, and should, be improved for BA in this regard. Would I trust 16-24 random people? Not one bit. I would certainly like to form a group of like minded and skilled individuals in order to tackle the content. However, it is sort of a free for all which makes that difficult sometimes. Honestly it should have been its own limited time instance which could be queued for with premades (including alliances) instead of fighting for access.

Absolutely recruitment is the 1st big hurdle 2nd is the complete reliance on no one messing up premades trying to attempt this content (includes SE servers with this one), we did a run earlier where our support group lost 1 member due to a random person entering they had every right to enter same as us we asked nicely beforehand if people could leave alone so we can try get AV & Ozma down this person decided to enter then expected us to invite them to a party after we refused ofc and they promptly died we were down 1 dps (wouldn't have saved Ozma wipe) because despite trying to organise as best we could a random person who may want to see or might be an bleep could make things harder if this difficulty remains it needs to be completely separate content imo

I think they need to change it the same way emergency missions in that everyone can enter.

Wouldn't even solve the problem if they don't level sync players to 60 once they are in.

Or people start using their brain because without someone that organizes properly that stuff will not be completed by anyone.

Then the group wipes because new people murder the teams on ozma since any personal mistakes result in the group dying, especially accleration bomb. They don't even need to be in the same party. Extra healers on each side wipe the group with their bleeds. Lots of fun stuff.

Or, no one can clear the locked trash rooms before AV because pugs don't have enough tanks or healers.

This isn't a case of trying to cut out pugs. At this point in time, you need people in particular roles in group to even get to the bosses. You can't change classes inside. If there is no organised groups then the alliance as a whole will fail.

The other stress is this. If you die in ozma, you are going to take others down with you. If the rest of the group clears, anyone dead will not get the achivement and will not receive any loot including the mount.

We have had 3 seperate incidents of pugs murdering pre-made teams and costing them. It's super rough.
