Tempora Heroica aren't really recruiting at the moment though people can still talk to Alti he may let a few people in. Theres a possibilty of a repearl after the patch/merger and maybe recruitment then.

Selbina is a fun server with a lot of friendly competition i would also recommend the same linkshell as Murugan. I play with a lot of linkshell in selbina and help many player get Ifrit weps the only Linkshell i know personally would be Fuse which does a lot of Ifrit and other events and see them a lot around and TS because i was a member of the linkshell at the start of this game. So i would recommend the same linkshell as Murugan the others i don't know personally so i can't speak for them.
As what Murugan said pandorum is a EST base linkshell with a lot of friendly members. We like to joke around and have fun we don't believe that FFXIV is a job it's just a game so we like to have fun. We help out member with there goals and have fun while doing it we are looking for members at the current time to fill a few slots that we have open. We not looking at becoming a big linkshell at this time seeing how the limit to enter ifrit and other events are only 8.
