Pre-Order Bonus Codes

I purchased the digital collectors for steam. the code for the early access was granted but not the collectors. I have a feeling the code for collectors will become valid at some point when either early access begins or after when the expansion is officially released.

That's how it was for Stormblood. Pre-order/early access codes came first, then you had to enter the rest of it on the official release date

I pre-ordered it for the PS4 from the website via PSN. I got my confirmation email but no codes. Were there supposed to be codes?

PSN is linked to your account. If I remember right you dont need to worry about codes. Just log in to the game after purchase and it asks which service account you want to add the expansion to. Just confirm which one and its done.

Well it worked as you said. Logged into the game it worked. ;)

Yeah, tried both. I copy-pasted it and tried hand typing it, and I'm still getting the code is invalid. I got the digital collector's edition, though I doubt that matters with the pre-order code.

Also sorry for taking the thread for my own question. Is anyone else having an issue getting the code to work on the mog station? If other people have been able to submit them fine, then I guess it's on my end.

Yep, I went through the site, followed the instructions and entered it there. It shows up just fine, but when I tried to continue to add it to the mog station, it just tells me it's invalid. I'm at work so I really can't get a screenshot right now, but it did work fine on the store site that you linked, just not the mog station.

Just asking are u trying to use the code from the store page on Moogstation? if so u need to go on this site https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/en and use the code from the store there. then u get a code to use on the moogstation

humm could be that was an issu with the moogstation but mine worked just fine yesterday when i put mine inn. now comes a stupit question did u use uppercase or lowercase

Another thing did u buy from the right store im asking because of this on the redeem site:This pre-order code will only work on European Square Enix accounts and will not work on accounts from a different region


Aslo just was on the moogstation now and on my screen there is only one place to put in the code now could be because i have already put in but now i have only the item code button not the for the preorder

This is what I was missing, thank you. I'm going to guess I just didn't scroll down or the second code didn't load for some reason, but things are working now. The process is really redundant, and I know they need to do this for security reasons, but hopefully they can eventually streamline the process.
