BLU Can't learn spell

I've personally havn't check any spell location on the internet, I find them simply by killing stuff and looking where 50+ BLU gather :p
Also the chat is a good indicator, "LFG FINAL STING" or "STOP KILLING IT BEFORE IT CAST U &é"è&"@!" are also good clues.

Altough I agree, they could have given us a "bit" more clues for those who wanna simply discover by themselves.
