A pure healer will be a dead job. Content simply doesn't demand nearly enough healing, which is why we have healers combining for upwards of 10k DPS. A pure healer is effectively useless unless it can solo heal. Except now we have the opposite problem since the meta immediately becomes five DPS and a WHM.
Going to take some heat for this one but:
Cleric Stance is reverted to a toggle buff, with its 5s recast timer intact to screw over anyone who accidentally taps the button.

Damn it... At least we'll be buffed into gods by the end of the expansion, unlike WHM.
Regen and Aero II now have cast times. Regen now costs as much MP as Aspects Benefic.
When WHM reaches 80 no other skills matter but two which are super holy and super cure.
Instead of opting to lower the level at which AST learns Gravity to, say, 45 (so that we can actually AOE in level 50 content), they instead raise it to being learned at level 75.
I don't think they have to get fancy to screw over WHM - if they just leave it alone and don't fix it as they have for all of SB that's more than enough.
Double MP cost of Broil / Stone / Malefic, Energy Drain / Assize / Earthly Star no longer deal damage, off cd’s cost MP now. Lastly all raids now only have 1 healer slot instead of two.

If they start them off with "they haven't changed much they're still pure healers" again, I'm going full time Monk. Really don't feel like seeing another entire expansion with every other healer getting buffed to high heaven and WHM getting 100% lily generation >_>
