Lindblum has more shells than active players - and it has a lot of active players.

I intend for that to be a joke... but in actuality it may be true...

well i am only in one shell..... ;p and have been for a while. would be interesting to see just how active shells were if there actually was a 1-3 shell limit or so, i see ppl who have 5+ shells and swap as and when they see any chat or w/e that they need kinda sad imo, still in a month or two we will have even more shells.... lol bout time they added /kick while offline function/made ppl offline not count/got rid of upper limit for members

Well shells are being used to represent guilds/companies at the moment. That's where this whole 'main' thing comes from. In actuality they are simply sets of linkpearls meant primarily for communication purposes just like with the NPC guilds.

I suspect once Free Companies come out everything will be much more organized, as everyone will be quite obligated to have no more than 1 FC they belong to while being able to carry multiple pearls for communication.
