I've been having similar issues myself despite using a VPN. I thought that raising my ping from a low number to 100 was supposed to make the "servers more stable". It's not only irresponsible for SE to go and stack their servers, on one extremity of the continent, but we still see similar issues as before the move plaguing the game. I've been having issues with some San Jose node, very close to Square Enix, and that node drops packets like crazy.
This is the only online game that I play where paying extra money for a VPN is almost mandatory, that's how bad the connection/game servers are.
Happening to me too, and even tho i dont raid its annoying and unfair as we pay for it and should be able to play without this server lag. As soon as we hit around 11-12 in the evening my time things like watering the plants are responding much faster, bells too. Fix ur stuff man and enough with the drone replies and bad excuses
