Mannequins in 4.4!

Woo! My pessimistic predictions for mannequins were all wrong, and I couldn't be happier! They're readily available off NPC merchants. They can (eventually) be an race/gender. You can pose them. And while there is a limit on how many you can have per estate, that limit is pretty high.

It's a bit annoying that they can only be Miqo'tes right now, but at least it's already been confirmed that they'll eventually be able to be any race. Hopefully they add the other races at a better pace than 1 per patch.

Miqo'te only would be incredibly disappointing. Why would I display clothes that are several sizes too small for me? Still, the idea of mannequins themselves is really neat and I look forward to playing around with them ^_^

The miqo mannequin is likely just a test model to make sure it's stable. 4.5 will likely see the rest if not 4.45.

I wanna know why miqo'te are the first mannequins. From a logical standpoint Hyurs would of made more sense, since they are the generic race. Slightly peeved there are no lalas, but it's not game breaking....

Not craftable. Yuck.

Oh well. I'll still use then to make my creepy Sander Cohen from Bioshock stage play.

My guess would be because they model all gear on Mi'qos first - at least thats what I heard/read once. I cant remember where though, so I might be wrong - both about making that statement and the assumption.

If that were the case, then why do so many armor sets have the tail clipping through the armor? Sets like the Haubergeon were designed with a tail in mind, but so many nice sets like the High Steel Scale Mail just have a tail awkwardly clipping through a full length cape.

Can we have an option to NOT have Mannequin <Retainer's Name> display over its head? It's kind of jarring when I just wanted the clothes hung for ambience.
