I bought both statues purely for the emotes. I don't regret it. I don't even care if they're later made available to other players in-game or over the Mog Station - I didn't buy them because they were exclusive, I bought them because I thought they were neat.

With that said, it'd need to be across the board. FFXIV only leans on temporary, exclusive content on three fronts. The first is the stuff from 1.0 that went to legacy players. The second is the ranked PvP rewards in Feast and the third is codes tied to things like the lore book.

Given the hysteria over a pair of earrings from 1.0 being made available again I don't have much hope that other exclusive rewards will be made available anytime soon. I hope they are, though.

yeah i will never get the pvp feast top placer mounts but i also hope they never become available because it invalidates the point of having tournament rewards. not everything can be had. gonna have to accept that.
