Being matched with blacklisted players in duty finder

You dont see their text or emotes in chat. They cant really harass you. As far as youre concerned theyre struck mute and cant join any PF parties you put up.

I have seen them talking in duties when they been on my blacklist. I should know had one blacklisted and still able to send me mail and every time he found saw everything he said in tells. Unless they fixed this in last 2 years. Get them most in heaven on high and can always see there chats in it. Also had one on my blacklist somehow found out email address use and sent nude pics to it which belong to my parent. That sure didn't go over well.
