Companion App wont launch

Just stating the same as everyone here.

App crashes immediately after launch. I just finished crating a support ticket then decided to check here to see if someone else had the same issues.

Specifically, both me and my hubby have identical phones with the same exact problem.

We both have Pixel XL with Andriod 9 (Pie).

App crashes on launch for me directly after showing the Zenos art as well. iPhone 6S Plus iOS 11

(Tried everything the GM mentioned for the sake of completeness, no go...)

Hello Everyone.

A patch for this issue has been released as stated above. This should resolve issues with Android OS 9. If your phone does not update the app automatically, please do so manually. If you are still having issues after this, please use the bug report link listed above.

This thread will be moved to the 'Support Center Resolved' subforum as the thread creator has found a resolution to their issue.
