Bring back the 2.0 leveling dungeon design of multiple branching paths minus the things about those that sucked like extending the run or just having a chest with a potion or some garbage. Like have a chest with some good loot and have it guarded by a mini boss of sorts like that chest in Brayflox that has a pretty good ring in it with a coeurl blocking it. Or it could even be a shortcut, but to access it you need to clear said mini boss.
Also HM and Expert dungeons actually being those things.
Make dungeons where monsters won't be stuck inside walls. That is first main change want to see. Be nice if level 70 dungeons would drop one piece of gear for your class when finish it.
I think hildibrand should've been the route for oddball dungeons, or maybe one of the many weird sidequest you tackle, i'd really love to see more puzzle based and mechanics heavy dungeons in the future.
ones that send the party off to handle things on more solo ways, like the dps have to split off and handle enemies, while the tank and healer team up to handle something
