Ideas for fixing house ownership

Actually I think this is a reference to the thread where that person has acquired 22 FC houses partially thanks to the fact that the system doesn't check if an account already owns an FC house when leadership rolls over, it only blocks the purchase of new properties.

Thanks and you are correct. I have no personal interest in more homes. Simply want to fix the system so more homes are available for FC's.

You can't prevent FCs from being inherited. In my case, I could afford to have the leadership being transferred automatically if they were to ever come up with a "solution" to this "issue". Even if it were to check how many members are in the FC when transferring leadership, it wouldn't change a thing. There's a workaround for the minimum amount of FC members anyway.

It's not about stopping the transfer of leadership Oliver. I am FC leader I know the importance of that function.

Hmmm. How does a person even get 22 FC houses? Even if they were grandfathered in, they would've needed.....3 accounts? That's alot of money per month. Lol. Wow

i think we should fix FC system first before fix housing system... like increase minimum FC members to 15 (we need to recruit 14 member within 1 month or FC will auto disbaned). it prevent from "ghost FC" or something like that.

Do you know how many people would quit if this was the solution.

My friends and I play this game together, we have a large FC house and theres never been more than ten individuals in our FC... were a small group of friends playing the game "casually" why on earth should we get penalized.

My point is make requirement for make FC harder. Many ppl make fake fc for purchase house...

I understand your frustration, but I know a LOT of friends who love being in a smaller fc under 5 people because it's less drama. I know a dear friend who has only family members in her FC. Another who has a 4 member FC with his co-workers. Alot of hardcore Crafters have legit 1-4person crafting fcs. As well.
