Obviously a certain NPC is having a bad day, you can see the Elezen holding her arm as she keeps holding herself together to prevent from breaking out because she feels guilty of sending so many mobs to die in the name of Guildleves. Duh.

Its from FFXIII-2, Chocolina, she was on the demo, only way I know :)
