I've been trying to run Palace of the Dead and keep getting disconnected. Did a leveling roulette and DC'ed from that four times. All with the same 900002 disconnection error. I went ahead and opened the ports mention above into my router. I'm not having any issues with World of Warcraft or surfing the internet. I'm only having connection issues with FFXIV.

I was doing maps with folk yesterday evening, and everytime i was moved from the canals back to the main overworld, i would 90k ever single time, its getting beyond a joke now, and there was barely any disernable packet loss. there is something going on

Adding to this because as of maybe two weeks ago I started getting the 90002 disconnects frequently and it's becoming debilitating now. I can't run PotD without disconnecting at the very least 4 times (and in rapid succession sometimes. I almost couldn't leave PotD after beating the boss because I kept being disconnected).

I've been having this issue for a while as well. I've noticed that the 90002 disconnection occurs whenever the game's "progress bar" is loading. So any caster-type classes that I play, whose abilities are not instant, gets me disconnected after a short while of combat. The issue was also occurring when I was running through the main story quests and the progress bar would again show up when looting a quest item. When I play my ninja, I'm fine. So as long as the actions are instant, the game doesn't disconnect me.
UPDATE: So I've been able to play for about 45 minutes with no disconnections. (Which is coming from the less than 2 minutes I was being disconnected beforehand.) By disabling both "Large Send Offload" options inside of my network adapter's properties, (which is found inside of your "Device Manager" on your PC.) it seems to be working. Whenever I first changed these settings I seen no changes, but I decided to restart my modem and router as well as my PC and its been working great so far. I'll update again if the disconnection happens.

Experiencing a high volume of this error during HoH and Savage runs. I hope they kind find some resolution...
-
Ive been dced from HoH from shoulder tackling and any other rush to enemy attacks. There is a post on reddit with many people having this problem. https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...mob_that_dies/ Also I get the 5006 error reconnecting to the lobby on ps4 as well seems to happen right after they resolve login issues on ps4.
-
Why don't they just say its from there servers at peak hour from massive logins and queues. notice my ping around peak hours jumps from 18 to 80 during them.
