Both HyoMin and Riyah (we actually agree for once!) summarized it more or less. A perfect example of this would be Eureka. Apparently, a frequent complaint in JP was them having nothing to level due to maxing out every job quickly as that's considered progression. While plenty of NA/EU players do the same, myself included, far more see that as a "boring grind." Hence why Eureka was appreciated more in JP than NA/EU, at least initially.

Is that to say NA raiders are all good? Absolutely not. I would still wager JP probably has more overall, but the numbers aren't nearly as skewed.
