Changes I made:
-Removed Wizard's Roll from all skill descriptions. >w>
-Increased Chaos Roll's cooldown to 60 seconds and increased its Potencies.
-Increased Rogue's Roll's Potencies.
-Molotov Cocktail is now a oGCD Weaponskill and has a cooldown of 2 seconds.
-Venom Shot's initial damage now has a potency of 35.

Rather than explicitly sharing a CD, I assume you intend for each Roll action to prevent the other Roll actions from being used for 30 s, so the player, for pure DPS, would alternately use Chaos Roll and Rogue's Roll.
I feel like the Mercy increasers and decreasers are close to being balanced now, thanks to Bloodied Flag. I also feel like an actual simulation would be needed to be certain, though.
