On a side note, on Mining Basics > Abilities you can read the following:
First bolded sentence is no longer valid, so you should correct it to indicate that all abilities are learned as you level up (get rid of that "rank").Quote:
The Miner has many abilities that help them gather items. Some abilities are learned automatically as you rank up and some have to be bought with guild marks at the Miner’s Guild. Below are two lists: One with the abilities you gain automatically and one with abilities that can be bought.When playing as a fisher you may also want to check out some of the abilities of other classes. Sweat of Brow comes to mind –- a botanist skill obtained at rank 25 that increases the amount of skill points gained while gathering.
For the second one I guess it should be "When playing as a miner".

Good Catch Umo.. this is exactly why i have posted it before it is complete. I have corrected it to read "With the latest updates, all abilities are now obtained automatically. Below i have listed the ability as well as the level obtained. I am still updating the list so bear with me and please continue to add information
