I'd like more make up options like eyeliner/eyeshadow or tattoos to emulate them.

I would also like to see more long hair for both sexes.

More ear options such as innately longer ears or scarred/damaged ears.

Body/arm/leg tattoos and more unique hairstyles depending on the race.

Separate Au Ra horns from faces. Please, Yoshi.

Body scars. The kinds that drag down the entire side or back.

A bulge slider.

Games such as Overwatch and Soul Calibur 6 aren't ignoring the existence of male anatomy so there's no reason why FFXIV has to.

I'd like to apply multiple layers of make-up. Being able to use eyeliners, blush and/or tattoos at the same time. Right now, you can only use one of these at the time.

Staying on the topic of scars: an option to "highlight" scars to be more noticeable.
