Yes, the zone is too hard, especially at the lower levels when you can barely find people in your level range to group up with.

We pay to play this game to be entertained. This feels like a very bad F2P Korean Grinder. The gear isn't that good, so it's not much of an incentive to play this zone.

You do realize that 1-2 people can speed up xp chains really fast since update and can level up faster than being in a group of 4. As for NM trains as long as they are lowerlevels they can help spawn lower fates, switch to healers or raise bots for higher ones rather than be a hindrance. Example lvl 12 WAR in a LV 20 Fate. Not to discourage people but it's common sense. Even as a LV20 I rather heal higher levels than raise lower DPS ones. However I do raise Lower lvl healers first. Their are many ways people can lvl up it's just a matter how they approach it. IT IS NOT HARD people make it hard. While I understand people progressing and just reaching Eureka, their are steps to take. They should Duo or Solo to min lvl 5 before trying to get on High level NM train and even so would recommend at a minimum be Lvl 10. IF they are smart will Heal / raise bot to around lvl 17 or so and if going DPS at least go range and understand Elemental wheel.

Now even F2P games require some type of common sense. Eureka made it easy for people and in reality just want to be carried if lower level from I've seen so far. Kind of why the reason most people go AFK on the side. If you know you can't DPS heal.

I've already canceled my subscription, and I'll probably close my Service Account, as well, to avoid wasting my time or money in the future.

I don't have an interest in arguing on the forums with True Believers. My experience > your words.

This zone is awful.

And there is no way 2 people can keep up with a group of 4-8 XPing in Eureka. It's literally impossible unless those people in the larger groups have IQ's < 60.

And then they come to next content people complain not fair and lvl potions. Rage quitting good riddance.

Eureka is ez mode once you bite the bullet and ride the nm train to 17. I have 350 gear for my job chars from it that I would of otherwise been unable to for many months w/o Eureka because I hate regular dungeon running. The only real complaints I have are people on mounts or afking not helping kill spawns and losing xp if you die alone. I would be happier if solo was a valid option with my choco but whatever *shrug*, otherwise, it works for me.

I agree with you though, Eureka is just bad. Can't blame you.

At its core, Eureka is the most obsolete variant of grindfest MMO mechanics.

OFC grindfest = guaranteed reward for grinding, so some people will always jump in that boat.

Victory of mediocrity, socialism with human face, communist equality grind for everyone.
Same old, same old.. everybody follow the holly gourd(NM Train)!

It's only redeeming quality is, that it is optional content (for now).

Eureka is very disappointing when find out when soloing a NM there get nothing at end of the fate. They shouldn't force ones to have to be in a party to get some type of credit for helping with the fight. Think its also disappointing that get no gil at end of NM fates there to. Hope they fix this when new area comes out.

Players will always find the way of least resistance and then stick to it. Its unlikely that SE had planned for us to only do fates as one massive train with 50% bring afk.

But that is right now the easiest way to do eureka. Yes you can grind exp but you wont get as many crystals (or chests ... if you want them).

Its a mixed problem of SE AND the playerbase demands straight lines to follow for best reward. Its also the reason dungeons no longer have paths but are a straight line and mainstory roulette was changed.

Here is hope anemos was a prototype and the following areas will improve.

Well this is the first instance of this content that was a meld of a couple of things. I like over-all what Eureka is. I think it can do with some tuning for the NMs system for the future.
