Bunny outfits for men, not a cryptid!

That their last reason for the delay they gave was that they needed an all female team to design an outfit...that ended up being essentially a 1:1 of the female outfit is hilarious.

Ive been saving my MGP for over a year now I can't wait to rock this the day it goes live :cool:

Tbh I only cared about the ears on males (which should have never been gender locked to begin with). So, those who do want the outfit the way it's designed right now, power to them.

1. It likely was very low priority for them, with a dev just working on it every now and then.
2. They still had to make it fit on all the male models, since the bunny outfit was specifically modeled for female characters.

I expected nothing yet I'm still disappointed.

Is it it truly so difficult to design gear that is both masculine and sexy? Blergh.

At least those wanting something feminine will get what they want, I guess.

At least once it's live I can begin the fight for more masculine male glamour, though! ;)

Looking at the image, both sets look like they're there. The normal white/red one, and the floppy ear black/purple one.

I'm seeing the same amount of effort being put into designing gear as I saw in 2.0 and 3.0.

I think you're confusing your dislike of their current designs as being indicative of the effort put into designing them.

Mmmmmno, they already said it takes them 6 months to design a set of gear for all genders and all races, as opposed to this taking them nearly 2 years for what is essentially not a new set.

You only need to look at the difference in the quality of textures for things like Hien's outfit compared to Lyse's dress and Yotsuyu's dress. All three are very likely to be sold on the Mog Station at a later date. Furthermore, a lot of the gear with significant effort put into its design that isn't combat based gear is stuff like the Ao Dai which is gender neutral but very clearly designed with female characters in mind first and foremost.

The same can be said of many of the unisex hairstyles. Many are clearly designed with the female model in mind.

Nah don't make this to be about me, every time new gear is revealed the community response is overwhelmingly negative, excluding a few good apples (like adventurer sweater, ala mhigan gown), things weren't as bad back then in 2.0 and 3.0
