And I have Fastweb too.... :(
i have called the technical support of the ISP (Fastweb) and they are working on the their net to update and improve the service, especially for online gaming
They hope to finish the maintenance today. Thank you guys.

Support center response to my ticket!
They give me this advice:
" If issue still persist:
- Please press windows key + r
- Type cmd.exe then hit return
- Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit return
The error should be fixed now. "

Judging by the trace routes and other information provided, it looks like this issue is pertains to the ISP Fastweb (If others are having this same issue and have a different ISP, please let me know). Has anyone contacted this ISP (aside from Lucifer85)?
