Testing.
Ah no, it wasn't deleted for that reason, but for a much more jaw-dropping one. This Topic was also for another software that I mentioned, thinking it was a legit program considering there were different posts of it in the forum, and for improvements in the Single Customer service after my personal... “experience” with the Support Centre, of which I better not talk about anymore before this thread ends up in the seventh hell like his lost brother.
I asked via e-mail if at least they could give me back your posts.
Anyway, thanks for re-posting and for who feels like doing those testing in Full Screen. :)
To answer Chief Currahee: the drivers' nightmare! In all the several tests I did in the past week, I tried out many drivers of my Nvidia card (except for the beta ones): I installed more than once the newest drivers and also some older ones, but it was to no avail. At the moment, after reading bad opinions on the latest drivers (285.62), I've the older 275.33.
The “permanent sky glitch” that after patch 1.20b only a limited number of adventurers is having, after all the tests I did, I can be quite certain it isn't a drivers problem.

I am having this same issue. It does not matter where I am, whether full screen or windowed. It is not my connection or anything on my end. Sometimes I play fine for hours without being disconnected, others like this morning, is every 10-15 minutes. FIX THIS NOW!!

I tested last night on my GTX 470 in fullscreen mode and didn't notice any glitches with the sky. In case it matters, I'm also running Windows 7 64-bit with up-to-date Nvidia drivers.
Also I want to express my thanks for whomever mentioned (omitted). Very nice piece of software for those annoying games that don't allow full-screen windowed mode.

I have the GTX 460 and ever since I updated the driver it has been a giant pain. My screen was blacking out every 2 minutes and I had a "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error message. I couldn't even get into the game, let alone experience this sky glitch.
However, I found a solution on a forum somewhere that cleared it all up. I've yet to see this sky glitch in fullscreen mode too so no idea what is causing it.
Slightly off-topic, but if anyone else has the "display driver stopped responding" problem then I'll be happy to point to a possible solution.

I always assumed that was due to overclocking on my system. What is the possible solution?

The second I saw the post about the 'sky' glitch, I wondered if it was happening to me and I had just missed it. Nope... my machine's fine, and has never experienced that glitch (as far as I know). I'm using a GTX 560M. I'm thinking it may be isolated to the 400 series as you suggested.
Oh, an odd glitch I HAVE experienced (not sure if it's the GPU or the software)...Sometimes, my character's eyes will just disappear. Like, they won't be there. You see black spots in my face where my eyes should be. If I zone, the problem disappears. Although... I've never tried to switch gear to fix it, because it didn't bother me that much... it's just weird.

Sorry you got a temp. ban over that Oni, it's funny that I've never received one despite the fact it was myself who talked about it in greater detail. SE's a little loopy sometimes.
