Hacking is when your screen says "Access Denied" until you randomly punch keyboard keys for 20 seconds and it changes to "Access Granted."

if it's only 1 of 8 that person can't so much anyway.
also that whole can't skip cs in story roulette is a failure.
I tried to queue in the weekend and never had to wait so long for it to pop. eventually i gave up cause even if it popped i didn't have enough time to finish it cause of the cs.
I hope SE will find a different solution as with the next expansion the issue will be even bigger
Well, this didn't actually solve the problem of people getting locked out anyway. I'm currently in that roulette - the longest one with the unbelievable amount of cutscenes - and the rest of my team is there a hair ahead and that means a lockout by the time my system loads me back in.
Between that and the queues shooting up to an hour + for dps, was it really worth it?
This dungeons sucks. The worst part is that those players who were complaining will run it literally ONCE, and then be just as averse to it as the rest of us.
The only solution is to retune it to be a single player dungeon and a pack of npcs. Use the squadrons. Let it die the death it deserves as a full party dungeon.
If they're there just a few seconds before you, that's probably not from skipping cutscenes via the exploit, as in that case they'd be several minutes ahead of you in some of the praet fights.
If it's just a few seconds, that's because the cutscenes don't actually start at exactly the same time for everyone because of ping/loading differences, so the people whose CS start late get out later.
Isn't that what I said in my post? I have my doubts about anyone actually exploiting their way out of cutscenes - but it doesn't matter anyway because this change didn't solve the problem they wanted to solve regardless of any exploits. It flat out doesn't work, and all it's done is cause many players to spend two + hours of their time on ONE DUNGEON.
That's no exaggeration. An hour in the queue plus an hour for Praetorium is a little excessive even for a storyline.
So I'm still against this and now that I've completed my 'catch up' of one of each role, I'm done in the queue forever. Good luck, newbies. I hope all the complaining was worth it.
Then again, you'll all do it once and then never return to it anyway. Just like the rest of us.
What a complete waste of development time.
I used to run MSQ duty 5-7 times a week - now 0 and I know I'm not alone. So, if queues are getting longer it's SE. The CS's are a wast of time and another knee jerk reaction from SE
I still run MSQ roulette to help out people and get some Poetic tomes for Relic, GC tomes, and other stuff.
Well my impression is that they want the "new" players to be able to see it as they intended. I know prior you could skip through those cutscenes and I can understand especially if you already done the MSQ. Has anyone checked to see what SE has to say about it?
I'm surprised they didn't implement a system where if all players in the instance have already completed the dungeon at least once, or if all new players choose to skip cutscene, the cutscenes could be skipped by everyone. At least that ensures if there is a new player in there who wants to see the dungeon, they get to enjoy the story.
Currently you can't skip the cutscenes even if you're soloing as a lv70 who's seen the dungeon 20 times in the past. Which is bonkers.
