Warrior for pretty much any roulette at this point but especially 70/Expert. There's nothing like having full gauge, IR is ready, that other skill that increases dmg during defiance ready and just throwing the mother of all tank burst smackdowns on mass pull.

Expert: BLM. Best geared and people love it when I hit 4*Flare + Foul
70 Dungeons: Healer for the queues
50/60 Dungeons: tank, depending on which I'm working on for the achievs. Currently DRK
Leveling: tank, depending on which I'm working on for the achievs. Currently DRK
Trials: healer for the queues
Alliance Raid: Whatever I'm in the mood for. Only thing
Guildhest: differs.
Mentor: either dps or healing... once I unlock it again :[ still missing Zurvan and Nidhogg
Expert/70/Mentor: RDM or DRK - depends on mood.
50/60 Dungeons/Leveling/Trials/Alliance Raid: Whatever I am currently leveling - Currently that being WAR then finishing with MCH - only two not at 70
Guildhest: Typically don't do.
MSQ: Typically what I'm leveling if I have additional time to sit through cut scenes
Frontline: Haven't done since I was farming Garo gears - will return eventually

I also only do expert and trial.
I'm bringing whatever job I want to play at the moment
If the job isn't high enough for Alliance/Trial/50-60 I'll skip them or do it with whatever job that can do them.
I usually go with the adventurer in need requirements. But I usually play PLD+WAR+SCH+RDM+DRG+BRD for level 70/60 content, and any job at level 50 content.
Expert: DRG - Helps w practicing rotation and uptime on bosses (minimal, but every little bit helps!)
Level 70: RDM - Its my 2nd main, and I like being able to help in there
Level 50/60: A tank - Instaqueue
Levelling: A tank - Instaqueue
Trial: WHM - I dont heal often, but I do like healing the ARR Primals (WHM is only 51)
Alliance Raid: Whatever, I literally roll a dice 1-6 and play either DRG/RDM/PLD/DRK/WAR/WHM
At this point, just SAM. Everything is 70, and I really only run expert once or twice a week. I cap tomes doing other things.
SMN only, unless Im leveling another job, then whatever that job is at the moment.
Expert: Warrior. It's my main, and every run is a point towards my flying armored bear.
70 roulette: See above
50-60 Roulette: I've been taking paladin since I'm working on the light stage of Sharpened Sword of Twin Thegns.
Leveling: Red Mage. I'm at 66 currently.
Trials: Red Mage
Alliance: WHM. I always seem to queue when healer is the job in need and WHM is my best geared.
