Diadem got no puzzles, just those objectives. Its too vast, too.
Dungeons are smaller in scope, and they are already there. People enjoyed the halloween event on the haunted house and the valentione's "garden raid". We also have little gimmicks that could be used there, like the canon/darts mini game, the Byakko free fall (now imagine free falling AND shooting!)... there are a lot we could do in pre-existent dungeons.
I dont think mixing with DoW/DoM would help, tho.

I like the idea. I will say that rhe drops you get in those items would be more than the current garthering you can get in game. It would a way to reward doing those dungeons (as a group because you get to fight more monsters compared to queuing solo) but in aolo mod the increae drop shouldnt be by a lot to keep it balance.
