Difference between "Return" and "Warp"?

Seems like alot of people don't know Warp exists with all the comments mistaking it for teleport.

So wait, there's a return that has no cooldown and is free?

I have been playing this game since 2.1 and only just learned this. And yes its a free/no CD Return.

Wow, I didn't even know this Warp existed. Why does Return exist and why does it have a cooldown?:confused:

It is literally, as noted, a no-cooldown Return. This makes absolutely no sense.

As someone that has played since 2.0 early access, this is literally the first tim3 I've heard of this. I'm actually logging in now to see it in aftion. I'm so baffled right meow.

Maybe Warp is meant to be the one used in instances, since it's really obnoxious to come out of an instance and have Return still on cooldown. I wouldn't mind if they made it so Warp replaces Return in that way.
