I feel like posting something like that is instigating a response from your party, likely a negative one. Take the one about the healer not wanting to dps - if I'm tanking that's cool but then you better believe I'm gonna make sure you have healing to do. I'd also probably be pretty lazy about dodging AoE because if the healer is going to stand there doing nothing I guess at least one of us should prioritize uptime.
I dunno, doesn't seem like a good way to get your point across.
1 mob at a time? Da fuq who is that lazy? I like big pulls though when i'm a healer. Keeps it fast and interesting. I just want to get in and get out the majority of the time. 1 mob at a time would make the run last forever. Yikes. I'd pull the whole dungeon if I was tanking and I saw that then vote kick the healer asap.
I dont mind with logical list like use mitigation skill if tank pull a lot of mobs this is true, avoid aoe (obviously) etc.
What baffle me is the somewhat? Ridicilous rule like pull 1 mob only, wait for mana if it drop below 60% and only move on to the next one when enemy is dead (i dont see anything wrong if you have one enemy left and will die within 2-3 hits)
Even us dps (me and the other guy) was given rule too like use all our cooldown, do proper rotation, if you are range (iam) stay close with healer etc. at least the dps rule is pretty basic.
I can understand you are new healer or 1st time in this dungeon, but the healer yesterday clearly not a new one.
do you even need a healer if you're only pulling one pack at a time? :p
This guy must watching TV at the same time or doing something else.
Yeah, instant votekick.
Nope. I mean, if you want to be safe you replace that healer with a RDM and you can do anything single pull, but most stuff could be done just fine even without that. Easier still if the tank has Clemency.
The macro healer here really needs to get over themselves and remember that it's a team game.
Idk how playing that way is even remotely fun as a healer. If there's no risk of a wipe, it's not fun imo.
I want to feel like I make an impact. I want my tank to ask "How am I not dead?!". Then on the next pull for him to say "Let's see if you can handle this!" and pull even more!
