Moratorium is starting to annoy me

I planned for the individual purchase restriction not to be lifted until 4.25, though I hope it might only be 2 weeks. At least one week was a given since not everyone logs in every day and some FCs are formed around weekend players. At the end of the first week, they could better evaluate how well the new wards met FC demand then decide how soon to open purchases to individuals.

It's frustrating as someone on a lower pop world because the majority of the new plots added are still available, including many of the mediums. I also understand that it's very unlikely they're going to have different rules for the low pop worlds compared to the high pop worlds and that the situation on the high pop worlds is going to determine when they open new purchases to individuals.

So I content myself with my apartment for now, and I have access to gardening with my FC and a friend's estate. A better situation than many have but all we can do is make the best out of what's available.

We have entire wards wide open for purchase still, hardly anyone has taken up plots in the Goblet or Mist, and even Shirogane has high class plots open in every new ward.

On one hand, FC's deserve ample time, on the other, it's frustrating that we have mass availability for the first time since the initial pricing structure but no one can buy anything!

Bright side is I have enough for both me and my boyfriend to get seperate homes since we've had time to save up.

Yeah, same here. I wasnt hopeful to get a home because my server is crowded. But now theres wards almost empty, and i started saving/selling everything i have to buy one. It took me four days to get 5M selling Fire Shards.

I'm surprised SE is taking this long to open personal housing... I thought it'd be the next day from maintance but nooo. Goblet has almost all the mediums open in my server and EVERY city has so many small plots open.

With the abundance of at least small open plots, they should lift it this week, though it seems they may wait another week at this rate...

I'm sorry to but "lalafell! I must pet will now be my new personal mantra.

I too would like my own small house but I think its fair to give a new genuine Free Company a good couple of weekends to get their rank and gill together.Not every FC is full of elite players.
The more established previously homeless FCs are pretty much catered for now I imagine.

Our FC of about 90 members were able to acquire a large home, something that seemed impossible before. It's not perfect but I'm glad SE have at least made an attempt to kerb the housing abusers. Who really are the people we should be blaming for the mess.

I can't speak for all servers but I doubt a huge amount of plots will be taken up from whats gone already. Just gotta be patient another week or two wont hurt.

I might have to make a macro to pet all lalafells with this now. I mean, I pet them already, but this would just be too good! ♥

The Moratorium is driving me crazy as well. The Goblet is practically empty and it feels really lonely to have an FC house there with no neighbors. I really hope they lift the restrictions soon.
