Yeah I just realized I had rouse macroed and that was the animation lock I was seeing.

Thanks everyone else for the info. Will be putting it to good use.

Now you know you have to get ready for those miasma 2 > energy drain > rouse > broil 2 > *frantically press whispering dawn for two seconds* only to have the WHM throw cure 3 on top of it while your whole party asks you to stop DPS and contribute to healing more. #SCHproblems
