I would like to suggest maybe doing the re-install. Although everyone's issues appears to be the same ,many different things cause these issues. I assume its the datacenter/lobby server adress but chaos center is 195.82.50.9 according to arrstatus

Everytime i reread your problems i get more the impression that your connection is fine and that there is something wrong with your client. Indeed a reinstall might be the best option here.
Its because you have no lag/delay when you get thrown back. All connection issues i've seen lead to a long delay where you dont see any mobs move or your attacks do nothing first. Thats what makes me think that its really a local client issue.

sept everything works fine (im a healer id know if my heal did nothing) and then bam your disconected and i run youtube / spotify for music and nothing even glitchs so its not my net

its sumthing in the latest patch or the SE server

I would say the same, something with the latest patch screwed your client over. Still remember that time that an update somewhere went wrong on ps4 and it would quite often crash on any areachange.
