make sure to mark yourself as busy when buying the house. Having opposing guild members spamming trade windows right before the purchase opens up can be annoying.

It very much is which is why I walled off the outer walls of my house. It took about 25 walls just for the bottom floor, but it looks much better.

Thanks for the reply dusty. I do use alot of glade furnishings so maybe I'll go for lavender beds.

I really love the location of Plot 30 ( i think ) in shiro but i agree what people been saying about the interior. It looks like a hell to get it look good. I currently live in Goblet (private) and have a Large in Mist. I don't know where i wanna relocate but i know i want to upgrade to a large for private house.

One of out tactics is gib 50 mil to each member and go scout on random places to relocate on a mansion.

I'm planning on grabbing a small mist house on the shore, if I don't get that I'm just gunna head back to my goblet house.

Just make sure they're very careful about which plot they swap especially if it's early morning for them. We had someone swap their personal plot (still not sure if something bugged or they were just tired). Luckily this system wasn't in place at the time and we were able to reserve their old plot and fix the situation, but someone would probably be losing their plot if it were to happen now.

All the pillars are different based on which district. Also the top and bottom sections on all the walls are different based on district. I believe she's talking about the red/green at the top and bottom of houses in Shirogane. As far as walls go, I prefer Mists or Lav Beds. As far as districts go though, I prefer Mists or Goblet (I like the desert with waterfalls and hot tub).

Hmm, I had hardly noticed. I think I'll go for Goblet as I did have a Medium one before I love. Lost it when a family member died and I had to travel home to be with fam :/

I'm planning on moving my fc house to a nicer spot... same size but better view
