Goobbue Pic thread, GO

wonder how long this one is going to last lol see bunch of people AFK right outside of towns blocking entrance, or do it like FFXI style in Rolanberry all lined up outside ...lol

Whats the deal with you Goobbue haters? I personally prefer Chocobo, but i see no harm if people enjoy using these instead. If they are having fun using it, why shouldnt they be allowed to?

Can you please tell me why people shouldnt be allowed to have something just because some does not like it personally?

I don't really classify myself as a "goobbue hater"--I got mine, and I rode it for a minute or two before the bouncing issue got to me. My biggest problem is their size. Not that anyone would do this on purpose, but finding the NPC to get my Goobbue took a minute of tabbing because I couldn't see through all of the goobbues to find him. Other than that, I think most peoples' problems root from the "This is what you've been doing with my money...?" I only partially believe that myself--I for one am happy to see something that will carry over to 2.0. Even if it's something I will only ever use to prove that I played before 2.0. However, I would have rather had an exclusive battle that rewarded me with a Goobbue. It's all about the story for me. :<

However, if a LS decided to employ Goobbues to camp an HNM.. I see problems. I mean, an Ahriman could spawn inside of one and no one would even notice. :P

I'd could like it a lot if they just changed the camera.

These little slip-ups are more irritating to me than the goobbue.

I think you missed the point, which, with a hint of sarcasm ("not that anyone would do this on purpose"), pointed out that players could use Goobbues to intentionally congest areas.
