I agree. Unless you charge the same amount for the mog station emote that you charged for the statue combo, it’s just unfair. I know of a couple of people who didn’t like the statue, but really wanted the emote that came with it so they had to buy it.

Those people still would've gotten the emote two years before anyone else could have, and a really cool statue.

Why would you charge the same as the statue combo, it's not like they didnt recieve one. If you paid for just the emote you'd still be without the statue.....so they still got more.... and years before anyone else at that.

As a statue owner, I would be more than thrilled to have this in the Mogstation.

Both myself and my fiance are huge into FFXIV and merch like this kills us because we have to choose between buying two really expensive figures that we only need one of in order to both get the emote, or only having one of us get the emote.

The Odin statue was way to expensive for us both to get just so we could both have the emote, and it's going to be the same thing with the Shiva statue. Having the code in the store would be a great way for a house hold like mine to get the emotes without having a bunch of statues laying around.

If you paid $100+ for a figurine because you wanted an emote, you may have some priority rearrangement issues to work on.

Cant believe people bought these statues for the emote alone

If they add them to mog station they will probably cost as much as the glamor sets

Marketing and the threat of "limited time only" items can be a powerful motivator.


hence the feeling of being cheated if you see it available at a later date with reduced requirements.

I can understand both points of view on this, but im leaning more towards people who will feel cheated. they chose to buy it, but we all shouldnt forget the circumstances at the time that motivated people to do so.

More like I paid my do's, and can spoil my self. I love the Kai arts and the emote was just a bonus. Being debt free, having a great paying job, and knowing that I earned it is a great feeling. Sucks to be "jelly" but hey we all forge our own life.
